Auditing and Reviews services based on Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Reports are presented in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). We conduct audits and reviews for not-for-profit organizations.
Bookkeeping
We can handle your entire writeup and bookkeeping needs. Reconcile your accounts and prepare annual profit and loss statements to facilitate preparations of your corporation and business returns.
Tax Preparation
We have the experience and knowledge to prepare your Corporation and Individual tax returns. We have also prepared several Tax Returns for not-for-profit corporations. We have studied the tax laws and are familiar with all the deductions and credits that you are entitled to. We will show and advise you on tax planning matters. We prepare the following tax returns: Corporations Tax, "S" Corporation Tax, Partnership returns, Limited Liability for Partnership and Corporations, Estate Tax, Fiduciary and Trust, Federal and State Personal Tax. Grant Company is equipped to prepare all 50 states Individual returns. We have clients all over the USA. If you receive audit examination letters or collection letters from the Federal and the State, we can help resolve your back tax issues. You have the option of filing your returns, both Federal and State Tax, electronically at no additional cost.
