You can mail documents to 175 Ronkonkoma Ave, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779, email [email protected], or drop them off during office hours.
What are the office hours? +
Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 11th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 13th and 14th, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 15th. After April 15th, appointments are required.
